Why should I choose Supported Independent Living?
You can live in your own accommodation or in one of our shared accommodations with others in our Supported Independent Living (SIL). Drop-in support is available if you live in your own accommodation and require assistance with daily activities.
What are the Benefits of Supported Accommodation
- Opportunity to have your own space and practice tasks on your own
- Assistance with any activity you’re attending so you can feel safe and confident
- You will receive quality support from our experienced support workers

Who is suitable for supported living?
- Lower needs – needs typically do not necessitate 24×7 support. The living arrangements of residents are monitored
- Standard needs – a support service is available around-the-clock. Support workers sleep overnight and oversee the majority of daily tasks
- Higher needs – an active support system is available 24/7. Staff members are responsible for assisting with daily tasks and managing challenging behaviour, among other responsibilities.
How can participants receive supported independent living under their NDIS plan?
If a participant has a new goal to explore home and living options or a change in circumstances, they are encouraged to complete a Home and Living supporting evidence form.
