SIL Accommodation Arrangements

Every NDIS plan will have specific goals, outcomes, and needs. A ratio of support staff to participants is used to represent shared support. Arrangements including shared housing are most effective when participants have similar ratios. That is, a participant with a ratio of 1:2 will require more support than a participant with a ratio of 1:4 and thus, their compatibility as SIL housemates is low.
